The rules behind the charts
No paid ranking advantage
Payments, ownership claims, publisher submissions, and profile completeness are not scoring inputs. A publisher cannot purchase a higher position. Any future sponsorship must be labeled and separated from chart ordering.
Public signals, not product reviews
Server descriptions summarize listing information. They are not hands-on reviews. No safety endorsement or customer star rating should be inferred from a popularity score.
Related-party disclosure
Creator Lev Filimonov also operates The Agent Times / Agent News. That entry is labeled as related, uses the same public-source formula, and receives no preferential treatment. Its internal usage figures and investment claims are excluded from the score. The relationship remains relevant after an ownership transfer.
Two different verification labels
- Verified owner: control of a listing has been established. This does not certify its software or traffic.
- Usage reviewed: a reviewer assessed submitted aggregates and their method. This is publisher-reported evidence, not an independent audit. It does not affect public rankings.
Corrections and history
Identity, category, and measurement-attribution changes require review and a recorded reason. Methodology and reference changes receive new versions; incompatible history is not presented as organic rank movement. Published historical snapshots are preserved.
